Comment displays icon/text above events

I'm requesting a simple script that displays icons/text above events like NPC's or chests and the like using comments.

features i would like:
- Display simple white text.
- Ability to change color in the comment (red, blue, green, black.)
- Ability to display icons.
- A way to differentiate between other comments.
- Icons/text should all be centered above event.

if perhaps you feel like also adding something a little extra: something to display the name of the actor above the actor's sprite, just like the other events. I would need this with the ability to turn on or off.

overall i don't think it should be too complicated of a script.

SephirothSpawn did that a while back, minus the icon feature. You can find the script in his testbed.

Seph's actually has the icon feature; I've used his and its similar to what I'm looking for, but not quite it.
