Combining Mr Mo's SBABS and SephirothSpawns Equipment Skills

I need help with combining these two scripts please!
They do actually work together but something is stopping me from gaining AP at the end of a battle.
So I'm wondering if anyone else has managed to merge two scripts together and make it work.
