Combining Golden Sun Intro and Leacy's Custom Menu

This is all the help i need right now because I plan to release the beta to a few friends once this is fixed.

I'm using the Golden Sun Intro script and Lagacy's Custom_Menu. Due to that, when I go to load, I'm given the 99 save files that come with the custom menu. But if i go to delete or copy the files, I get the default 4 files, can someone PLEASE help me with this?!!!! All other cries for help and requests I have are un-important compared to this! so Please help me!
