Clouds and Snow covered edits

I would like it if someone could make snow covered edits of the 'tree' and 'mountains' below (they are just a resized bush and rock...)

EDIT: Instead of clouds like the above, would it be possible for someone to make the clouds into a "fog of war" type auto tile?
