Class Position

Does anyone know of a way to change class position from in game, by a script call? I've tried looking but all i can find is a method related to Random Attacks.
I don't desperately but it would be a nice addition to my game to have this function.

This should to it:-

$data_classes[actor.class_id].position = #

Replace actor.class_id with the class number.

The '#' should be replaced with one of the following numbers.

2 = Front
3 = Middle
4 = Rear

I'm not sure it works though.

The class position (0: front, 1: middle, 2: rear).
