INTRODUCTION

Chrono Break (break time) is based on those two "giants" who enjoyed great success and still do the Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross. As with other main focus of the Chrono Break is a trip in past and future generations to uncover dangerous targets that are about to happen on earth. The why of the name Chrono Break (Breaking Times) is that in the ages that exist in the game something is broken. Not only that but by many other factors.
Many may have already seen our project and hope that from now the topic is most visited and most talked with the news that now the topic is attached.

HISTORY

At the time that man is increasing and strengthening his intelligence, putting things in order there is a great discovery by the existence of even a fragment that has great valuable. What is or what makes any human knows, with that the Elves who were friends of human beings were willing to take care of the fragment to provide better security. But when a great evil magician named Zhera the ice age really knew what it was a fragment, it was up to him and stole. After a lengthy ritual of the fragment the world went into disorder. The destruction caused by the fragment is not the type to do damage only in that place or time, the grandiosity of the magic spreads across all generations and passed, but it is a very slow process does not happen at the same time it was used.

Isolated and very powerful, the clan of the Elves has a lot of ease in acquiring knowledge. The fragment is called by the clan of elves as break time is kind of a stone fragment with purple color.

The destruction caused by the disappearance or fragment cause deforestation of areas, which takes place starting at beings that are created through which passes the fragment, are called "Dark Shadows" with a look of evil beings who take the order to impose their natural because they penetrate in any living being, these beings animals.The goal is to store energy and lead to the center of the Earth.

As the power of firsthand fragment was used in the ice age here the process of breaking down age will be a little faster. The great struggle is about to begin. Clan of the Elves was organized immediately to contain the disorder that will be caused by the fragment. With the strength and intelligence of Elves's power was contained, but the price too expensive, many died in the attempt Zhera comes too late when the elves had already stopped the evil power of the fragment, but as everyone was out of energy and finished by great work they had to stop the effect on his age, Zhera advantage of the situation and got rid of all the elves.

What he did not know was that even Ponn remained frozen in concentration through your mind, that made their strength increased.

Clan of the Elves was completely destroyed leaving only the generation of this clan and the weaker humans who did not attend the fight...

With the power of fragment weakened by prior generations have passed, he accidentally ends up in the middle of a human civilization. A boy called Riom find it, and without knowing what it was picked up the fragment, and then from there a series of changes will happen in the life of this boy, while he is with her ...

CHARACTERS

Riom is the game's main character, is 15 years old, lives with his mother and father in the town of Trento. He lives near the home of his best friend, who is called Claude both like to train together in a forest that is close to the village.
Riom's father was one of the soldiers who fought in the war Rukey Magic 1960 DC, today his family lives in the town of Trento, for Rukey Tues bring the father and mother of Riom battlefield that focused on the continent most industrialized of all, the Continent of Arkana.
Riom is a very smart boy, struggled, sometimes half distracted. In your town is a girl called Sarah, Riom loves her but he never had the courage to say what he felt, because she is passionate about her best friend Claude, who lives by giving "outlaws" in it, and when this happens is in presence of Riom, and he gets very angry and furious causing a rivalry between him and Claude.
Riom has much affinity with the wind element and is his ability to handle the sword with one hand.
Claude is the son of a military leader, Rukey current boss of the town of Trento, who participated in the largest clash of world history. Die after Trent, the city received three leaders, was the fourth leading Rukey city of Trento.
Claude has 18 years of age and has a very rude behavior, lives a girl named Sarah despised, who loves trains and still only manages to find time when Riom free.
Rukey is one of the few warriors in harmony with birds that remained, this class is recognized as one of the most beautiful ever.
Claude coaching skills with radius that is his element affinity and very easily dominates a pair of blades.

Hi there :) You majorly borked your images, I fixed them for you (but they're still not showing up :/)

Now then: Your post is hard to understand. Is this a Chrono Trigger/Cross fan game? It doesn't seem like it, from the story, but you mention it above. Also, are the stones themselves what caused the evil to erupt? Or just where they were placed?

The 3d graphics are ambitious, but they do look nice, the only problem I'm having with the screenshots is the character set. The story looks cliche about the stones and you have some grammer errors here and there, I don't like the god isea much though, Keep it up though!

People, I apologize for the mistakes of grammar, I'm Brazillian. Ah about history and I'll add some more stuff in it!

Well if your Brazilian then you might want to work on the grammar, I corrected it for you. Try remembering capital letters on names and the starting of a sentence!

Ok, so you heard that you need to improve your English, especially if you plan on releasing this game in English, which I assume from your information overview. You should get someone to help you with your thread, because it's a shame if people lose interest by trying to figure out what you mean. I think at the moment your thread scares people away, but you want to attract them so an improvement would be benefitial as you put your effort in this.

Also I couldn't find any information about what the game will be about, you mentioned some historical facts, but is this what the story will be about?

I watched the video and have to say that your maps are very empty and miss any detail, I'd advise you to check out some mapping tutorials. I saw some nice ones here =)
But the 3D view is nice indeed.

I was a bit puzzled there was this sudden change from the fantasy/medieval setting to a modern city, I don't know the games that yours is based on, so maybe it has to be like that...but I wanted t mention it.

Unraveling the story, the details I can not put because if I put a lot I have to tell everything.
But if you want to give some help.
I agree!
explaining the maps and the game still is not complete in some maps so the void.
What about the characters I'm going to make some changes because I really have to fix it.

This project looks very ambitious. I hope you've got what it takes to develop this because, for fan games the standard is set pretty high by the original games. I do like the 2.5D ish view you've done using Mode7 on a straight plane. I would like to see more of this however I could see it getting confusing if you're walking in the direction of the screen.

Please put at least a brief plot with some characters or I wont be bothered to play this. Also, where are the battles?
 
Personally I think you went overkill with the mode7, I did a mode7 opening for my crappy 'a letter from room 13' ages ago, honestly it looks better at a smaller angle, like pokemon on DS angle, that would be a nice balance.
 
Is there something I'm missing here? Your first Mushroom boss seems very overpowered considering the player only has limited supplies.

I'm enjoying the visuals, although, frankly, they're not as good as they could be: your mapping could do with a little bit of polishing.

Can you post the demo unlocked? I would very much like to see how some of these maps/visuals etc are constructed? :smile:

Well I haven't played this yet, although I'm going to praise your use of Mode-7, it makes the game look realyl good and unique...

I do have a few issues though, in the saves, when the player runs behind a wall, well, we can't see 'em, maybe make it transparent (The front walls that cover the player) or remove them completely.

No offense to Inq, but I sort of REALLY HATE the look of his world map tileset, and since you're using RTP styled graphics, it doesn't fit at all, I mean, maybe a few recolours to try and make it fit, or change the water atleast, lol, oh, and none of the trees or mountains stick up, it's like a flat image which looks odd...

That aside, I'll wait till an English demo is (hopefully) made, since I can't understand a word of Portuguese.

put the head a little difficult because the demo is very short.

I know that is not so resource map of the world that there
but for me it is the best you ...
But in certain worlds such as pre-history has mountains slope
90 degrees with the ground.
The video has Trailer see there ... :grin:
