Childhood TV shows

Tell us the shows that babysat you into adolescence, assuming you're there already. I wish i was a kid again, responsibility is hard......youth is wasted in the young i guess.

Bonkers, tale spin, marsupilami, Arthur, reading rainbow, a pup named scooby doo, rescue rangers, duck tales, wishbone, bill nye the science guy, encyclopedia, jungle cubs, the banana splits, funky phantom, fangface, jabberjaw, the snorks, CRO the smurfs, I think after all those i started watching dragon ball z and never looked back. I guess people punching each other in the face and energy blasting each other into next Tuesday came before the reading rainbow book club....ahh, an innocent time.

edit: forgot a few, captain caveman, bedrock flintstone kids, rugrats, the flintstones, thunder cats, speed buggy, grape ape, josie and the pussycats, wacky racecs, birdman, hawkman, Johnny quest, blue falcon, Laff a Lympics, fantastic four, GUMBI!!!!!, captain planet

I'm just gonna scribble down what comes to mind.

The Magic School Bus, Scooby Doo (fuck YES), Johnny Bravo, Speed Racer, Dexter's Lab, Archie's Weird Mysteries, Cardcaptors (I know, I know), Goosebumps (the theme song scared the pants off me)(also was a big fan of the books  ), Looney Tunes, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Reboot, Jackie Chan Adventures, Barney, Gumbi (I watched the shit out of that one Gumbi movie, the one where he went into books or something), Arthur, Bill Nye the Science Guy, Tale Spin (whatever happened to that show??), Rugrats, Pokemon (only the Kanto league, but I was seven when it got really popular, so that's a no-brainer), Teen Titans, etc.

I can't remember a lot of shows but I used to watch mainly Treehouse TV and TVO (TV Ontario), then migrated to watching Teletoon and YTV. All Canadian channels, of couse. Good memories

I still think that the 90's had the best cartoons.

BattleBots, RobotWars extreme, and Robotica.

Nothing like robots fighting to the death with flamethrowers and 24 inch circular saws. WTF happen to all those robot combat shows?! :pissed:

I'm not sure. I used to watch that with my sister and bet on which robot'd win. we got pretty damn good at predicting things based on the shapes and weapons they used.

Frankly sm:tv live was THE only kids tv show worth watching. Ant & Dec and Cat Deeley at their finest ~. Where Pokemon was originally shown in the UK; creators of Chums and Beers and CattheDog man that was just too awesome. Maybe... it's just that it was so long ago, maybe....... it was actually........... rubbish, maybe it was... genuis.......................
