Here in Brazil(most exactly in Rio de Janeiro), a notice shocked the country. What in the beginning was just "another car stealing", became one of the most horrible murders to happen here.
Four bandits stoped a woman's car, with two children in there. they took off the woman from the car, and she took the kids out, but one of them(the younger, about 9 years old) became stuck by the seatbelt, outside of the car.
What happened next was the terror for every citizen that saw the car with the child being dragged behind. The bandits drove in zigzag to try to release him, but it didn't work. A lot of people tried to alert them there was a child back there, but they didn't want to listen. In about 1-2km the first blood spot appeared in the streets. In about 6km trough the city, he lost his head. Almost 7km after taking the car, the bandits left it in an alley and ran away
That happened here, not long ago. I just couldn't find an explanation of why the bandits didn't stop the car, knowing there was a child dying back there.
Any thoughts?
P.S.: Sorry about my spelling, the notice didn't had an english translation, so I did it by my own, and I'm not that good.
