Chara Maker XP, if im not wrong is a software that allows you to create RTP charas by chosing a body, head, hair, dress and "accesories" (hats, wings and the like)
It was created by an spanish-speaker, so it was on spanish originaly... but it was translated.
I'll see if i can find the last english version. The last spanish one had all the RTP thing to choose (So, you could put Hero1 head onto Thief3 body for example)
