Changing the RMXP format?

I'm pretty sure this is the right place to ask this.

Anyway, my friend has a psp and a gba. She wanted to know if there was anyway I could change the format of the game file into one that's playable on her psp or gba. I didn't think it was possible, but apparently she does. So here I am.

Any ideas?
