Changing the keybord controlls

Hey how do i change the controlls for my game when it's being played
Eg; defalt has the 4 arrow key's space bar and 0 for moving ,action button,and menu/back

but i want to be able to use difrent key's for them i sellect

i tryed doing it by opening the F1 properties thing but that dosent open iv tryed opening in my game's, game's iv downloaded , during playtests but it never open's so now i dont know how im suppost to change them anyone know

or know how i can make the properties menu appear

The only regular way I can think of to get rid of it is to disable it by scripting... however that wouldn't apply to all games you tried unless there's some rough coincidences going on...
The other possibility is that you have a modified RGSS Player executeable, which probably means you have an illegal version out there.

Then there's local issues: Different keyboard mapping for New Zealand, for example... I can't really imagine that that's the case, as the function keys should be universal really...
