Change "Item"

I'm not sure if a script is needed for this, but I don't know any other way(I'm kind of new at this).  Okay, what I need is to be able to change the word "Item" in the pause menu to something else.  It should still open the items window when selected, though.  How would I go about doing this?  Thanks for the help.
