Change. 3rd Anniversary Edition.

Welcome to the "Change" thread. I always like to start these every year. What's this? Well, for those of you who weren't around last year or perhaps don't give too much shit to remember, I'll go ahead and explain. It's pretty much where members could talk about the changes they've made throughout this year, (Personality? Learned anything new? Whatever) or changes they've made from when they first joined up until now.

As for me? I was a manager of a small (but liked/hated) forum (it died. =( ), was a moderator of and IRC channel founder of RPG RPG Revolution, learned so much about scripting than I ever did in my first few years, working on two projects (finally!), and I am making plug and play event systems (they're copy-paste, customizable, easy to install and pretty damn good too). Not related to RPG Maker, I find myself listening to metal pretty often.

Edit: Also, I've become addicted to turning images into sound effects. Blame teloch for this.

I've only joined the forum recently, but I have made quite a few changes in the past year. I started on my game and simulation programming degree, moved in with my girlfriend, recieved and spent $10,000 within a period of two months (part of gf moving in stuff), started my own RMXP project based off my book, and gotten back into writing my story.
Not that anyone cares, but yeah.

I haven't changed much at all. I'm still pretty much the same. I probably work a little harder, and I've definitely changed since I started posting here (I used to be a tremendous faggot) but for the most part I'm the same as I was December 2007.

Around the forum I started to post a lot less and the quality of my posts declined.  My sense of humour also became very sarcastic, but that happened in real life too.

In real life I think I grew a lot.  I gained a lot more confidence and became more outgoing.  I also had what I consider to be my first serious relationship and I kind of had my heart broken.  I also started smoking up a lot more, which is bad because that can be pretty expensive. 

Overall I grew a lot and learned many lessons, it was a good year for sure though!

Became a mod, posted a bit, turned 18. Finally got a game released for the first time ever after 4 years of rming.

i guess this year was pretty eventful for me even if i've mostly wasted the last few months. :D

Let's see...

This past year, I broke my wrist back, failed a couple classes, got a new laptop and an Xbox 360 and a whole shitload of games for it.  I also had a lot of trouble with the fuel pump in my car that put it out of commission for most of the spring and summer.  I got an iPod for my nineteenth birthday a resolutely put a scratch on the screen a week later while mowing the lawn.

I had some new ideas that turned into cool story concepts, though I haven't actually put much of them on paper.  I started writing more and even got the first good start on the plot of my game since '06.  Another thing I did in writing was get most of the plot outline for my HP fanfic "Obsidian Phoenix" out of my head and into the computer.

Other than that, not much happened except I grew taller and still weigh the same I did last year, which is good.  Normally I lose weight more easily than I gain it, but I've been keeping it steady.

Slept in thought the Pre SAT...
Forgot to take the SAT...
Got to lazy to take the SAT...
Logged over 200 total hours of wasted life pondering on why we can't divide by zero...
Actually invent a way to divide by zero that alowes us to graph on a point so a linear graph that passes though point (0,0) now logically makes sense in the world of math while staying inside the laws of physics and theoretical mathematics...
Use this to piss off math teacher...
Have 2 hour discussion with physics teacher and math teacher about this topic...
They drop the topic... (Because they know I'm right damn it)
Made 361 gay advances and puns on my friend Terry and vice verse for the lols...
Get kicked out of GF's Mom's church for the above reason...

Also I learned that the world is no longer going to end in 2010 BUT was postponed to 2012 because they read the myan calendar wrong. Go figure right?
