Well, unblock it... I've hacked many system adjustments in my school time :P

Anyway, the sprite looks confusing... I can't quite spot a soldier of any specific 'country', time period or whatever... it kinda reminds me of the enemies in Power Rangers, though :D

PS: You shouldn't broadcast BMPs over the internet... they're crap. Accept it. Maybe read my Graphics Guide (link in my signature) for further explanation ^_^

yeah it does look like one of the old putties , hehe. Well from top to bottom, there's good contrast in your colors but try to avoid the lifeless grays. By that I mean grays that are purely shades of white and black. The red , however looks decent, but could use a higlight color to match the grays. I strongly suggest you do something with the eyes. Either change them to look meaner, or put some visors over them. Either way they look far too "cute" to be a soldier. Lastly, give him shoes. it looks like you recolored the template's feet gray, but this just makes him seem like he has metallic feet.
