CD Label Template

Hi, I'm looking for a template in order to print CD labels.

I assume this is a standard template, however I have been unable to find it. The template in question looks like this:

If this turns out not to be a standard template then I dunno what to do; but if it is standard, I wondered if anybody has or can locate it, thanks in advance.

Oh, yeah... that sort of thing. Damn, it doesn't match my labels. I'm guessing these aren't a standard thingie.
