can't pass actor data to ne viewport

Samusk here. I'm having a slight problem getting the bottom screen to work. I set up the menu to be viewport4. It sets up perfectly but when I try and use the Window_Base commands, it can't pass into the window. The draw_actor_graphic command works as well as the draw_actor_name. When i try and use the other ones like draw_actor_level or draw_actor_class i get an error like its not been defined.

I tried to change all the variables that deal with the actor into global variables but to no use.

I could use a little help in resolving this problem. Anyone got any ideas?
