Can't move courser during choices, and text is looping! (Fixed)

I just found out the courser doesn't move properly during choices in my project. :sad: If it is a normal choice between 2-4 choices it won't move at all; if it is inputing numbers it will go up by 2s, but won't move left or right. Also any text I set up in en event will just loop if I don't erase the event or set the selfswitch to a non-text giving screen.

I also added in an extra main menu choice, and switched the save option to point towards Lettuce's upgrade scene. The extra menu choice was after the problem showed up, the save point was before, but I was very careful with the code and only changed the scene_save.new to scene_upgrade.new, and the name of it.

I know the problem was there before Blizzards DDNS and SG's script; and I'm pretty sure it was before the UMS (I took it out just to check and it wasn't the problem).  I don't really know where to look, Trickster's script is like 20+ parts with the SDK and MACL, and I think that might be where the it is. I've checked everything else.
If anyone has any idea where to start I would be greatly thankful!
I can post any codes if you want to see them.

This is most likely caused by you having 2 updates instead of 1 update per frame for something.
If you press up and the press is updated twice, then you will move twice instead of once.
I have no idea what is causing the problem though. But you can look around for seeing how the various scripts updates stuff
 
Ok, I just remembered I had made a backup before I added most of the scripts. The loop problem is definitely coming from SDK 2.1. Even a new map run with it loops. However the choice problem isn't. I'm adding in each script on by one now, hopefully I'll find something.
 
It's the UMS script. I guess when I checked it earlier I saw the loop and assumed one problem was causing both. And it looks like there are updates to both SDK and UMS.
