Can you Alter an Rmxp game project to Run on something else?

I was wondering if it was possible to take a game you have finished, and maybe convert it to a file that another system could read, for example, for gameboy advance, you can buy blank cartriges online and put gameboy ROMS onto it and play them. So in short, could it be possible to do something like that? Where I could end up playing my game on gameboy advance or a similar system?

If you want to make a game for a conslole i'de say go for the ps2 version .

Ps2 huh? That'd be cool. *Sigh* It just seems like if you turned your game into an exe file, there would be some way to turn it into a rom or something similar, I might have to search for something that might help.

I don't think any definitive conclusions were reached. (specific to RMXP/VX on any console).
Other than running Windows, or an emulator on the console.

Is it possible?  I'm sure it is.  Is it legal? Hell, No!

You're altering an RPG Maker format, buying illegal blank cartridges (I'm assuming Nintendo isn't distributing them?), putting it onto a console copyrighted to Nintendo,  and (maybe) selling it for a profit.

That illegal enough for you?
