Its a custom status script. I'm not sure about particulars like who's it is. I can't gather what other things this might affect but just going from the picture they are only overriding Scene_Status. Removed the sprite drawing and replaced it inside with an actual picture, placed it on the right. Shifted the stats being drawn left. Removed equipment from drawing to the same window as the stats. Relegated equipment to a custom window using a different window skin, possible AMS(Advance Message System). A very simple request in my mind. I think the artwork however is the biggest eye catcher to this Scene. Nothing innovative or groundbreaking. Just different than the standard. It might exist here in the Submitted Script Section. "Scene_Status" is what I would search for. If it doesn't create a request in the script request section or hope that someone else sees this thread and knows what it belongs to.
