can i request a Command System for side-view battle...and limitbreaks THANK YOU!

Can I request a comman menu system...for the side view battle, and  the limit break ...where when my HP gets lower i can use limit breaks >.<...any script?!  thank you XD :-[

Pictures and a better explanation would help. "A command menu system" is WAY too vague... and there are already limitbreak scripts made.
