I think it's ok, I don't find it that bad, but Panda, maybe you should show us your artwork since you allow yourself to critic in such an harsh way, In fact, I though that was pretty personal, that's not really a way to critic what people is doing, specially when they are trying hard to do something good. And for what I know, your graphics look mostly like done by a 12 years old kid... so please, next time be kind, no need to be offensive.

No one would get a warning for that. Not from me, at least. If you have a problem with the way that the staff handles warnings, please PM a staff member or post a thread about it; this is not really the place.
Yes, they could say that, but Panda never explicitly stated that Felixio's work was "crappy" or even "bad." He gave constructive criticism on the things that Felixio can improve, thus it is not a flame (from Panda or from anybody).

First, no I'm quite sure anyone could taken everything I said and used it word for word and never got an infraction. You're confusing me with people who attack the author's on a personal level. I'm talking specifically about the work, which is what he suggested.
Second, insulting my work, especially when there is none present, is completely irrelevant. Also, using quality comparisons based on age (granted that the age is surpassed that of someone who can think and comprehend for himself) is about as good of an arguement as not having one at all.
Third, critiques are a matter of PERSONAL OPINION. Hell, I couldn't tell you the difference between an eigth note and a sixteenth not, but that doesn't mean I can't critique your music. If I think your string patterns need work, that's my opinion. Whether or not you chose to listen is up to you. I'm completely within my rights to say what I want until I'm infringe on your rights, which in this case I have not.
