Broken chipset or something else? (RM2K3)

Well, can't really explain it, but for some reason, I can't move around. I created the map, made sure that everything was passable, but I still can't move around. The terrain is plains, if that helps at all. Strange thing is, that I can move around if my map is 20x15. The map I'm using now is 37x33.

Any help at all is appreciated!

Make sure any blank tiles use the top-left tile (or whichever it is in 2k3).
