I got bored half way through Eragon, it was just... so boring, like someone had got a bunch of fantasy cliches, with some horribly spelt names, and churned them in a cement mixer

Also, it was alright, I guess, albeit incredibly clichéd like the other books in the series, completely nonsensical at points, etc.
OK, I suppose, but nothing more than pure mediocre escapist fiction.
