That's not Malice Mizer Gackt.
That's actually Gackt in his MIzerable outfit.
I believe it was one of his first singles as a solo artist.

u could make the actual back of the mirror darker so the Cylindrical shape is more apparent.

(omg I actually found opportunity to use the word "Cylindrical"!)
