Blend out Battlers and menu during animations

I need a script, that changes the opacity of the partys battlers or even better of the battlers and the menu during a battle animation.

You know like when an attack is launched and half of the planet explodes...
or in the final fantasies (7,8,9) when you summon something, the menu is faded out...

It would be the best, if the fade could be triggered from the animation settings
(SE and Flash Timing). Like in the Multiple hit Script which checks for a blank event timing. Maybe this one could check for a specific flash colour or something like that.
The menu should also come back when the animation finishes.

I hope you know what I mean and that it's not that hard.
