Beyond the Skies and Stars [Prog Metal]

Not really sure if this is quite an appropriate place for this, but I figure maybe someone could use this in a game...? Doubt it, but people can be pretty flexible. Anyway:

It's been a while since I've actually written any metal, so I decided to have a go at completely rewriting the first metal song I ever wrote. This is what resulted:

Tell me what you think. I personally think that the ending is a little weaker than I intended it, and I might go back and fix it if others agree... After all, recording intensively tends to distort the perspective the musician has towards the music, and it's always good to get an outside opinion.

And by the way, the guitar is me playing live, through a Line 6 Guitar Port, and the rest is default Reason sounds, except for the strings, and the toms and cymbals for the drums, which are from the Miroslav Refill Gold Bundle, in case anyone was curious.

I actually think the weak point is around 1/4th of the way through the song up to about 1/2.  Once you jump into those heavy chords at around 2/3rds or so and finish out it picks back up again.  I love the beginning and the last segments, especially the interludes between the guitar sections throughout (the guitar is good too but those moments really stand out).  Excuse my poor use of terminology, I'm not a musician. : )

Is this available for use?

hmm I don't think I've heard the original.. I might have but I dont remember.
