Okay, so I have my enemies walking around, and I was using the Cone of Vision script to have some of them see the hero and chase him down, but for some reason it isn't working right. Instead of starting the encounter when the monster catches the hero, it starts when the monster SEES the hero.
Anyway, I have a couple questions about encounters like this.
1.) Can anyone fix the Cone of Vision script?
2.) How can I make it so that when you kill a monster, it disappears, but the next time you enter the map, it's back?
3.) Can anyone refer me to a good RMXP game with a system like this?
(I need to get a good idea of how it should work)
(Sorry that the script request isn't in the right forum, but this is more of a general question than a specific request.)
It's hard to search for "enemies on map" when both "on" and "map" get dropped from the search because they're too short...
