Ben 10 Live Action Movie

... I saw the whole thing... ugh.. I saw the whole thing. My god.. I saw the whole thing.

It completely sucked to the point of being a waste of 5 million bucks.. They owe me a refund 100 bucks for every second I watched.

Okay I should evaluate more, why I think it sucked?

When it first aired I the first thing I thought was.. "This could be.. MAN WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?" The fight between heatblast and eon was the equivalent of the red ranger against some putties.

I was so mad that I just had a staring contest with my t.v... Alright I'll watch some more, maybe it'd get better. I continue watching.. the remake of the ben 10 song = awesome. I am getting in the mood.. until I see Grandpa Max.. He doesnt even look a little familiar. Eh well.. I have an imagination (I thought) so I ignored it.. Ben uses the omnitrix again, why? Hell if I know, he wants to show these idiot bullies whatfor.. I could understand why.. but still eh. He turns into Greymatter.. I liked it because of his voice.. the end. Anyway I cant even evaluate much of the movie.. bad acting and anticlimax all around. It was the same thing as drinking stale soda.. no taste, nothing new.. just watered down.

Well... I didn't even watch it all. I set the DVR out of curiosity and deleted it before the Hands of Armageddon plot came in. If it wasn't for my li'l cousin I wouldn't have known there was a Hands of Armageddon dealie.

Sad thing is I like Ben10. I like really corny cartoons. I'm a fan of these things because of the whole 'it doesn't remind me of anything from my youth, but I definitely would've watched it then" nostalgia. But this was sad on a new level.

But, keep in mind:
Made for TV, inexperienced actors, cartoon network - since when has those three things ever done well?
The only thing that's sad is CN has shows with better 3D effects. Shows that happen to be dated and years old...

Well if you saw the beginning... you would of felt pain on a new level. Ugh.. it still burns. Yes I also like Ben 10.. and I watch it for the same reason.. I had such hopes for the movie, but it was so rushed and corny that I am actually ticked.

Heh, me, too. I actually watched the entire thing, and what made me really depressed was seeing an actress I know can get better work (the woman who plays Laverne on Scrubs, who in Ben10Movie played a 'Plumber')

And, OMFG, did you see the "Plumbers'" weapons? They looked like toys. Literally plastic, like big, gray water guns,

YES D: Oh my god, It was so cheesy. The omnitrix was also so plastic looking it was the only thing I focused on.

Meh...it was about 50/50 to me..the plot of the whole Hands of Armageddon thing was the only thing that kept me on to the end, if by only a single strand. Most of the battles were quite boring...especially the final battle with Wildmutt and Eon. The "Plumbers" in the cartoon looked way better than the movie ones. The movie ones looked more like a cross between crossing guards and roadway workers with big, gray, plastic water guns. So yeah...half the movie was just barely good, the other half totally dragged down the series...
