Rough around the edges, a bit sketchy. But I suppose thats what you were doing, sketches. They're pretty good in proportion, and definitely anime/manga influence.

The ork's neck is a bit long compared to the way he is structured, though. But the girl with the crazy hair and the last one strikes a good mark.

Oh, yeah. Draw some hands :D

Is it just me or do those drawings get progressively more feminine?

I do believe at least one of them is a female.
But yes... you're right.

I used to do only masculine characters, yes, but I've been working on the mopre feminine. The females and the emos. I'll work on some hands and see what critique I can get on them.
