This resource uses material from the RPG Maker XP RTP, the license of which applies. The editor must be owned to use this resource, and it may only be used in software the license allows.
On it's own this tileset isn't very useful, you need to know how to use it and why it's used. I'll make a tutorial at some point. In short, the first tiles are the road itself, which you lay down. The second is the same road but with bits eaten away, which you replace bits of the first with. The third is loose bits in big clumps (they don't sit next to each other very naturally but they can come together nicely with the others). The fourth is loose bits that sit at the side of the road.
