battlers dead instead of victorious

Not sure if script problem or what.

Howdy, i have finally gotten myself a side view battle system, i am using minkoff's, and i have got a few battlers from Dollmage which are exceptionally good, but my problem is that when my party is in battle they win, of course, but instead of striking a victory pose they go to there fallen pose, which isnt really that good you know.

also sorry again if this is in the wrong spot

the monsters seem to be very to the bottom of the screen is there a way to make them more to the center.

i know people here are the best at this stuff.

You go to troops in the database to set your monsters position, then test the battle if you like it.
