Battler's are not transparent?

Hello there! ^-^

Well I work on a few battlers for my sideview-battle-script, but now I have finished and the whole picture has their transparence (I worked with Photoshop) but in RPG Maker is the background white, and I just don't know how I make this transparent xD could you help me, please?:3

P.S. I have the same problem with my selfmade light-pictures : /

Both are in Photoshop transparent, only in RPG Maker XP are they not...

Jpgs don't have an alpha channel(transparency) you need to save your images as .png
