battle system showing battlers in front of menus...

Hi there, I been trying solve this, but I can't find the proper place to edit


My actual problem is this, when battle start, I can see everything as supose, but when I see the battle menu (the one sayig "attack" "item" "skill" "defend" etc), and also when i access to the item and skill menus, I see MY allies in front of the menus while the enemies as suposed keep behind the menus

So I was wondering, what exactly zone I need to modify for force every animation to continue behind the menus when i open them ...

hard to say, since i'm using an already heavy modified cybersam batle system (basicaly just remain the "skeleton" of code), but as I have this error for a LOOOOOOOONG time then i made a break at this game, now return so i relay dont' rememebr how I had messed up with it on the first place

my question was just to see, if anyone has an idea what can cause battlers to show up in front of menus, instead menus show in front of battlers..., because If anyone say an idea why it may happand I can try look at this entire code and try figure it out, but I already: changed order how thigns are set on script window, already changed every .z factor i found, tried to make some .refresh and stil no luck
