Battle system damage alteration

So... This is going to be one hell of an alteration, extremely complex... For a person who understands little scripting as I do. Just looking at Game_Battler3 I can already see that it's not a hugely hard task, but i'm a newbie and afraid of messing up my game, so i'm placing up a request. I need an alteration of how damage is calculated in combat.

Change normal Attack damage to: (Character STR*Weapon's Attack)-(Defender P.Def)
Critical chance is 10% (if you could please allow for a list of classes to have 15% and 20% crit ranges and explain to me how to alter it later it'd be a nice bonus)

Skill damage is harder. It'd have two types, one going off the normal Attack damage times a multipler and another going off (character str/agi/mag[one of them]*Power)-(Defender P/M.Def), much probably you'd use a mix of ATK-F and STR-F here, just altering how it works.

Also Accuracy to be (50+(2*(Lvl-1)))[max 100]+LVL+(DEX*2), and for monsters to be 80+(pc avg level)+(Dex*2). This might be trickyer than skill damag

And... That's about it. I'd really thank you if you could do those alteration for me. I want them this way because i'm tryeing to emulate a tabletop RPG system, and working with the system's actual damage figures is good.
