Battle Style Request

I'm working with another person to make an RPG based off his comic. Anyhoo, is it possible to get a script that allows us to have a Mario and Luigi style battle...I don't know how to explain this well, but like when you go to battle you can control your character to jump to avoid attacks and such...If you ever played any of the Mario RPGs you will probably understand where I am getting at here. Thanks.
