battle script help

Ok my brother is ok at making games but he cant help me, when i preview my battle my characters are lined up diagonally (from the top left corner to the bottom right corner), i copied my brothers cbs, i want my charas lined up vertically.

well, first off this is in the wrong place, second it realy depends on what CBS you are using.

I moved it. Honestly I don't see how you could have mixed this section up with the other. And fix your post. Right now it says like nothing. Be specific, post the script if you don't know the name.

thanks for the help you know its really hard to get to know something if you try to learn about it and people are asses. just politely tell its in the wrong place, idk this site, i know youre a moderator and being an ass isnt part of the job

Post a link to the CBS you're using. There are a hundred of them out there. (including multiple versions).

You moderators need to seriously stop ganging up on people. You think your soooo much better then someone just because you have the word "moderator" under your name. Nick333x has something called freedom of speech. I take that as a threat "brewmaster". Either you stop trying to get help or you won't like the results". (which translates to I am going to abuse my mod privleges that I seem to have forgotten how I got them in the first place) Thats how I am hearing it. It's true. We moderators like ganging up on people insulting moderators. (It really is common sense not to insult moderators :/)
You should have read it like: 'Stop insulting Raven or you won't like the results'

I am surprised you are able to fix the problem at hand with the information provided.
Which assumptions have you made? Or have you been contacted by Nick333x and thus have more information? In that case you could consider sharing your information so we might be able to help ^_^

The more information the better.
Tell precisely which script it is you are using or better yet, post it or post a link to the script. (It might be to large to be posted)
Actually providing the project your are using would be best case for us.
Could you take a picture of how it looks now and create a mock up of how you want it to look?

Oops, :shock: sorry Zeriab. Your not one of those mods who mod people to death. He is using the Cbs in ryes starter pack for XP. http://www.rmxp.org/forums/index.php?topic=24608.0The scripts too big to post. That being said, it was a simple mistake of assigning the wrong battler graphic.

P.S. If you must know, yes, he did contact me personally. I am a nice guy, :tongue:

"freedom of speech."  If you're talking about my 1st sentence, I was asking him to speak more & be a bit more precise about what he wanted.
If you're referring to the 2nd sentence, I wasn't limiting his speech either. Only pointing out that actions have consequences.

Raven wasn't being an ass. She was being frank (or curt. I can never remember which.)

If he had simply answered, "The CBS in Rye's starter pack."  it would have been done within minutes.

(i.e. to align all actors vertically, change FORMATION_X to 0)

I personally don't care who's a moderator or not and apparently you don't care either but that doesn't mean you should call them asses, you got your problem solved, so now you can just leave and be thankful that someone helped you.
