Battle Background similiar to RMVX's

I'm using Tankentai Side-View Battle System and In my game the RTP battle backgrounds look awfull!
But I kinda liked the wavy circling battle backround from VX.
So I'm requesting a script that does this. I tried a few times but failed every time.

The back is actually the map spriteset and moves like waves.

I think it would be much easier for you to blur your own battle backgrounds with an image manipulation software don't you agree?

It would be if I just wanted the blur, but I also want the wavy style

Why you don't make the battlebacks tileset based?
Just draw an "map" on the editor, then print screen it.
