So, you've probably seen the trailers for M. Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender, scheduled to hit theaters sometime in 2010. Does anyone else sense the epic fail that inevitably comes with every anime --> live action conversion?

Being an Avatar fan, this trailer intrigued me. I would want to see more before I say if it looks like something I'd pay $9 to see or not.

Anyway, I'd at least give this movie a chance. I enjoyed the cartoon series when it first came out, but then I stopped watching it because I missed a few episodes and then I didn't know what was going on.
