avatar pictures with dialogue boxes

How do we insert an avatar/character picture with the dialogue box while characters are talking together?

There's a couple different options for this.
Most of the message scripts (ie. ccoa's UMS, dubealex's AMS) include an option to show a face picture.
Or, even without a script, you can use the Show Picture event to show a face picture.
