Auto Spell Weapon

I look the forum but I havent notice the one Im looking for...Umm it works like this: When you attack with a certain weapon there is a chance of a skill will activate instead of the attack (like instead of a critical a skill will activate) Like the one on Golden Sun thingy umm...example:
Bronze Sword: Has a chance to cast sword blitz
attack 1 = 200 damage
attack 2 = 203 damage
attack 3 = 320 critical damage
attack 4 = 180 damage
attack 5 = Bronze sword lets out a howl...*does sword blitz animation...500 damage
attack 6 = 220
etc...
something like that...thanks in advance

yay! but uhh can you liek include armors too? like auto cast when you got hit by normal attacks, something liek that
