Yep. The classic little grey men from outer space. I say it's an Asgard sprite, but I guess it could be used for aliens in general.

The color really throws me off.  The Asgard are greyish/blueish, and an alien would be either grey or green.  Pink on the other hand really does make it look like a fetus.

A fetus is an as-yet unborn child or animal.  A baby is usually considered a fetus once it has big bulbous eyes and limbs.
