Hey I'm trying to script my monsters at the moment so that when the player moves within a certain distance of them that they turn from moving randomly to approaching the player. I've managed to do this in events using parralel process (which is slowing down the CPU on larger maps) but am unable to do it in scripting. I think the main problem I'm having is successfully using the script function within the move route. If someone could help or has a similar script I could have a look at, I think it would be a big help. As I said my main problem is actually calling the script from move route. I've been able to get it move randomly once (with scripting) but then it stops.
