Glad to hear it's back; I don't understand why it was gone in the first place.

It was gone in the firstplace because it was a festering shithole of badness. All of the posts were terrible, and no one wanted to mod it, so it never got better. Hopefully the use of an approval queue will prevent it from becoming that again.

Well, if it again gets to the point where nobody wants to mod it, this time the result will be that R&C topics just won't be posted instead of them not being removed.
