Anime Cinematics

Hello, Lonelyelf here with yet another question:

For my game I want to include short anime cinematics. My question is what program should I use?
Money doesn't matter, and I'm looking for something easy to use, but has a more professional output. I tried Anime studio, didn't like it, and I've been looking into RetasPro! and Adobe Premiere. But I'm still not sure.
If you could help, that would be greatly appreciated.

Use Flash. It's easy to use, and it's cheaper than Premiere, which doesn't really animate.

yeah, I have that, but it I can't figure out how to get and animation like that into rmxp, and how to add music or sound.
