Animation?

Ok I got a animation I have made. It's a horse running, and it's all black. The animation is ready to be used. But when I use it, all the black on the horse is transparent and the horse looks like a ghost? Where do you edit the opacity of the animation?

It seems to have something to do with semi transparency...??

How did you import the animation? If you use the resource manager, you can designate a color to be transparent, and a color to be translucent.

Yeah I clicked to make all the white surrounding the character to be transparent and then I clicked clear next to the semi transparent button. But when I use the animation ingame. The black colour (the horse) is transparent. And the small gray lines are are ghostlike.

See! And I have imported it several times and it won't change to be solid...

Oh, it's an animation? Check the cell settings-- you want it to be "Normal" instead of "Add" or "Subtract."

Failing that... I dunno. Post the animation image and I'll take a look?
