Animated battler

hello to all at .Org

My team and i have worked on a new battler for our latest game Blackfire. And To be honest i cant see anything wrong with it. So i would like you to give me some feedback on it. and if anything looks strange please tell me so we can change it.

Thank you :D

The sprites are clean enough, but the dithering on the sword, on the character's kneeling pose was kinda WTF for me, for such metallic objects may not deserve that kind of dithering... not sure.

it's tough for me to assess this, since it's an edit of an existing sprite and not one on its own. mostly, I can't remember what the differences are between this and that.

I will agree that the sword looks very strange, especially when it is perfectly horizontal. it looks more like a tube filled partway with black dye and then with clear oil.

also, four frames is simply inadequate for sprites of this level of detail. I guarantee you the animation will look choppy, unless you cycle it so fast that the animations are over before everything else. six or even eight frames would work much better, visually.

Thank you. For your comments.

Yes this is a slight edit to Adel, on of the sample battlers that minkoff included with his CBS.
