No comments, awesome.
Well, here goes.

Under sketch, since Ill be doing this on the computer, it doesn't really matter how detailed it is. It just needs the basic underlying principals such as general pose and clothing.

Edit:
Step 2

You can see this is the part where I change the composition. The tail was changed to go with the clothing and hair, and the horns were shortened while the bracer was enlarged to keep with the original design.

You're not guaranteed excellent comments for just posting a random picture (not to mention posting a new topic when you already have one...). This also does not mean you should bump your topic up (though this one doesn't matter much anyways since you did have content and I don't really remember if that's cool or not).

Also I'd comment myself, but I don't really like the style of the picture and cannot quite bring myself to convince myself I have the competence in the style to be able to criticize effectively.

Awesome! A look into why people won't say anything. Thanks!

I can't quite tell if you're looking for c&c or if you simply want to share your work. If you're looking for the former, I'll be glad to give some.

Oh, I thought that was assumed. That anyone who posts work is subjected to free opinion and criticism. That is why I post my work at least.

Uhh... okay. I have a question. Why wouldn't you crit someone's piece in the first place? I find it is only polite to constructively crit someone's piece. To help someone, you know.

I guess I've just had bad experiences giving crit when it hasn't been explicitly asked for. Anyway, I'm also an artist (albeit a rather new one), and I absolutely love every piece of criticism I can get (regardless of whether or not it's accurate, because it allows me to experiment with new things). That being said, my criticism is probably not accurate. Rather than thinking about this as me telling you how the picture should be drawn, think of it as me simply suggesting random things to experiment with.

The left leg is straight and the right leg is bent. However, as a result the hip above the left leg should be lifted higher then the hip above the right leg (right now it's vice-versa). See A.

It looks like the right foot is further into the foreground than the left foot. However, they both reach down to the same point on the page. Due to perspective, the right foot should be drawn a smidge lower than the left foot. See B.

That's all I can specifically think of trying, but I am pretty sure that the legs need some work. Good luck!

Edit: The first picture is simply wonderful. Good work!

This... is one of the best crits I've ever gotten.
I like how you explained the problem, how to fix it, and why it needs to be fixed, then provided a diagram to help illustrate the needs.

If someone ever gives you crap about crits, ignore them, they don't want them. I've had troubles too with people like such.
Thanks ever so much.

fixed: the eye glow is temp.

Edit: after drawing it, the first thing that came through my mind was "L, did you know shinigamis only eat apples?"

Personally I think it looked better without the colour, now that it's coloured the outline really stands out, especially against the blue/grey fur you have gone for.

You could always keep the out lines but I would suggest at least changing it's colour to something that doesn't stand out so much.

Good work
