An old game. Any ideas?

Hey guys!
There is an old game my friend is looking for but unfortunately he haven't found it. We've tried google web, google pics, youtube videos. But no luck.
So the description for the game would be:

"You control a bunch of round yellow men (they look like yellow eggs with arms and legs) and your objective is to gather resources to build small houses for them to live in. Though there are evil Bulldozers and other enemies who tries and sabotage for you."

PC, Windows 95. Don't know the year but an old game. About 9 years ago. Don't know about the genre. But seems like it is Strategy maybe? Because there is fog of war. You play with mouse.

It doesn't ring a bell here. If no one here can identify it, I'd suggest posting in the TV Tropes "Remember That Show?" section. (They do books and games, too.) Those people have no lives are professionals. :thumb:

sound like lemmings, but their was no "build a house" objective but you would use your lemmings to build stuff to escape some kind of dungeon-maze.

Could have been an indie re-make or something, if its on PC its kind of tricky to know for sure. the're a bunch of lemmings look alike games...

oh i missed that one :/ i might look further into a cheat-book i have from 98, there are many games listed. if i only had the letter the game started with

Have you checked Abandonware? If it's from that long ago chances are it's listed.
