An Experience Script And Monster Levels

Hi as the name suggest i would like an script to with experience
I want a script that you can define what level a monster is by it Id ie 001 Ghost
i want it so that if your character is a lower level than the monster then he gains more experience, but as he levels up, killing a ghost will earn him less and less experience.
do you know what i mean
ive looked around but couldn't find one if there is one can you point it out to me
