An error i get (can somebody help please)

hey
I have recently redownloaded rmxp because i had to format my computer
and everytime i click the installation file i get a error saying
windows cannot access the specified device path or file you may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item.

i am currently trying to install it on windows xp
Im not sure if its my firewall or what because i made my account a computer admin
and it didn't work

If anyone could help me out that would be great cheers.

never mind i have sorted it now
to anybody else who is having this problem just open the winrar or zip file of rpg maker xp and without extracting it run the setup menu.
